It was just over a year ago – November 16, 2019 – when Shreveporters went to the polls to say “NO” to Mayor Adrian Perkins’ attempted, whopping $188,000,000 bond issue.
It was, after all, unthinkable for any city in Shreveport’s on-the-ropes
It is a not-at-all funny fact that in yesterday’s City Council meeting, Mayor Adrian Perkins tried to sneak through a vote on his proposed – and whopping! – $207,000,000 bond issue.
Instead, his stinking attempt was exposed.
Regardless, there is NO mention
