Tacos and tunes; A delicious live music event

Shreveport band Magnolia Mae returns to Ki Mexico

There’s just something about Louisiana Saturday nights. I’m not sure what “it” is, but I know what “it” feels like, and I like it.

One of the reasons a Louisiana Saturday night feel so good is because they’re often filled with good music and good food. Which leads me to this sentence telling you about a great live music experience happening this Saturday night at Ki Mexico.

Magnolia Mae, the young guns of The Folk/Americana & Roots Revival will be at Ki Mexico with their old-tyme string & percussion band. They’re a local band from Shreveport, Louisiana and they’re receiving quite a following on their Facebook page (here’s a link: https://www.facebook.com/MagnoliaMaeLa/)

According to their Facebook page they’re excited about it all, “We’re finally coming back to one of our favorite places in Shreveport-Bossier! Come hang out for a great time of the best tacos in town, in addition to fantastic drinks, and some good music, too! Can’t wait to see you guys!”

The music begins at 6.
