Ouro Boar and Chelsea Norman Friday night at Bear's

If you’re like me, you notice when people “check-in” on Facebook, and lately I’ve seen a lot of people checking-in. A local hot spot for live music in Shreveport is Bear’s on Fairfield, a place where people are often checking out while checking-in.

In fact, if you’d like to join them, tonight is a good night for checking-in.

Shreveport favorite Ouro Boar and Chelsea Norman’s fully rejuvenated full band project are presenting “For the Record,” a show raising money for each band’s record in the works.

The show is tonight at Bear’s on Fairfield from 9 PM – 12AM. After all, what’s better than listening to live music,  having a few drinks, and checking-in on Facebook with friends and music lovers? ummm.. maybe nothing?

So if you’re looking for something fun to do and kick off your weekend the right way, live music at Bear’s might just be the answer.
